As the decline in the labor force becomes more serious, the automation of transportation processes in logistics warehouses and manufacturing plants has become a challenge.
1. Effective Utilization of Existing Assets By simply attaching a simple accessory to the cart trolleys, shelf carts, or six-wheeled carts currently used by customers, we aim to achieve integration with AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots). This allows for smooth automation implementation without the need for large-scale capital investment. 2. Labor Reduction in Heavy Load Transportation AMR will replace the transportation of carts loaded with heavy items that have previously relied on manual labor. This significantly reduces the physical burden on workers and enables the shift of personnel to safer and more value-added tasks. 3. Providing Greater Flexibility By simply switching the towed cart, it becomes possible to accommodate various sizes and shapes of cargo. This, combined with traditional undercarriage AMRs, dramatically expands the range of transportation tasks that can be handled at a single site.
